Property is located very central, very close to all main attraction points and is quite easy to reach it from Zaragoza airport. Lots of nice coffee shops and restaurants around as well as many other local stores. Staff was very nice and polite, helped us with any questions we had. If you have a late return flight, you can leave the baggages at the reception, which is great. We had a Twin Icon room. It matches the description and pictures provided by other travelers. The room was clean, and we had cleaning service daily.

It's the second time we've stayed at this hotel. The location is really good with access to the main attractions, bars etc but is just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Rooms are spacious, well lit, clean, tidy, and well equipped - WiFi is good. Staff are exceptional - very efficient, extremely friendly, and clearly there to make sure you enjoy your stay not only in the hotel but the wonderful city of Zaragoza.

Paul

The hotel is in a prime location, right in the centre of the city. Bars and shops minutes away as are tourist attractions. On arrival the reception staff were very friendly and efficient, speaking perfect english.we had a room with a 'balcony' overlooking the street and would recommend that. It's a 3 star hotel so things are basic but spotlessly clean, great value and a super comfy bed! We will definitely return!

Kevan

The hotel is an excellent 3-star facility. We were two solo travelers and both our rooms were spacious with very comfortable beds. Traffic noise was not a problem. Equally, the staff were great - very friendly, helpful and professional Its main attraction, however, is its location. It is superb with easy quick access to all the old-town sites.

Coffee machine was a huge bonus, fridge and air con (there is a trick to it, we had to ask reception - turn the dial until it clicks then turn the fan to max). Room decor in room fresh but plain. Tram line does go past hotel - window keeps most of the noise out and it doesn't run all night. Perfectly central location.
